MR3020 with v4.3 - console not responding - ideas to correct? **solved**

Hi - I'm hoping I can get some assistance. I've been a very satisfied user since early 2014 and have had no issues until recently after upgrading FW to 4.3 to get TLS for AmbientWeather access. Since upgrading the FW I've been getting a few minutes of data after a reboot but then seem to lose connection with console (no live data). I believe that I was on 3.7 or 3.8 before renewing license and upgrading FW.

My Weatherbridge device doesn't have any additional information like "V3" so I think it's V1? Other things I have tried include network/DNS resets, including removing batteries from the console, powering everything down including modem and router. Bringing up the modem, then router, then the console & Weatherbridge.

Any ideas of why this may be happening? What could I try or is there additional information I can provide to narrow down the issue?

Please reboot (power-cycle) the console. Sometimes its interface to the outside world hangs up.

Hello and thanks for the reply. I have tried that a few times, including once unplugging the MR3020 and leaving it disconnected for some time. Doing that again this morning I got similar results (see log below). Do you know of any other diagnostic things I could do to identify the source of the disconnection?

FYI - to close the loop on this, after trying the logger directly connected to a PC without issues, I tried replacing the USB hub and that has seemed to be the answer. Not sure why the previous USB hub went bad but it consistently would not work for any length of time with it, but since swapping-in a new USB hub I've had no issue.
