I saw that, as well. I have not turned it on, but I will give it a try.

Hi Brian,

I just noticed that the Alert Popup for Heat Index seems to be about 2 degrees F higher than that which is reported by the Temperature Feels Like module. Not a big issue, but I had not noticed it before.

hi chuck added the missing heat index output to the temperature module. what is the trigger point for heat index index Fahrenheit ive set it at 86F or 30c but can be set higher if needed .

That sounds about right to me. I have 88 F now, but not enough humidity to trigger, yet.

OK. Warmed up so I could test it. The module still says "Feels 100" and the Alert Popup says Heat Index 102.

Update: I think I found the problem.

I've been trying to see the alerts here but of course I'm not seeing them pop-up now. I have alerts set in my settings and I have been seeing them but is there a way to triggerthem?

Hi Ron,
I don't know of a way to manually trigger without changing the preset values in the file. Brian may have another way.

Of course, once you are in an alert condition, the alert should pop up each time you refresh the page.

hi chuck sorry in a bit of rush this morning , will correct that shortly . ron alerts will only kick in when the condition is met and it appears every 60 seconds .

chuck just for a bit of boredom fun i setup up lightning notification strikes on my apple watch

I see you used IFTTT. Those alerts come through on my watch from the WeatherFlow alerts, as well.

Ive had it couple of years now very useful for health monitoring but just out of pure boredom I remembered using IFTTT on my iPad so installed it on watch and voila . shame the rest of the weather flow isn't has reliable but lightning works . just pushed the fix..

Yes. The new Tempest seems to have the same issues with rain measurements. I don't think they will solve that with haptics. The "after the fact" corrections are not sufficient for me.

i told them almost weekly for almost two years it wont do it ,i understood the design , tore it apart many times and no way i can see how but their adamant they can perfect it and whenever you raise this point your classed as trashing they seem to not value any criticism well almost 3 years on same old issue and anyone who has owned a davis or alike will jump all over that .newer model tempest has vertical solar panel not angled thats a big mistake upto 40% less efficient when panels are vertical mounted and throw in the lack of direct sunlight on the small capture area your going to have issues cant seeing it being a design that can use ambient light to replenish a battery ..anyway as one user put it to its a sleek design but has the netamo stigma to it..lets hope they can bang their heads together and put the sleekness or product designer to one side because its simply hampering the technology .
