can anyone explain the wrong data? **solved**

Post by Plaat »

I have a MeteoBridge-Pro+ in combination with a Davis Vantage Vue. The most of it works but only the data from tagsMB.txt ?? is in-correct. Also the status info from "Weather data files" and "Weather data time" are red. See the red-lines in the attachments.

date format, locales, incorrect time can all create these issues.

The FTP-data from your weather-station/Meteobridge has never been uploaded to the expected folders.
The date time in http://www.plaatinfo.nl/weather28/uploadMB/tagsMB.txt

Code: Select all

|date|20180922|!
|time|170646|!
is identical to the same file in the original download which seems to be uploaded at 07-06-2020 21:56
You can check the file at http://www.plaatinfo.nl/weather28/?tags&high&p=0000

The easiest way for me to help you is adding a screenshot of your Meteobridge setting for this file,
similar to this one from the WiKi at https://leuven-template.eu/dokuwiki28/d ... l:uploadmb

You should check were the FTP-ed files arrive at your website.
For now they do not arrive in the weather28/uploadMB/ folder.

The realtime file is using HTTP for upload and is correct and contains recent data.

Succes, Wim

P.S. 1
I just stumbled at your post.
I daily visit the support topic for questions/support for the Leuven-Template at https://www.wxforum.net/index.php?topic=36504.0

P.S. 2
You are using a non-existing Meteoalarm.eu region NL004 which is only used for focussing in their website.
http://www.meteoalarm.eu/en_UK/0/0/NL004-Friesland.html
Please click on your region and check the browser address-line for a valid code which would be NL017
for http://www.meteoalarm.eu/en_UK/0/0/NL017-Friesland.html

There seems to be a typing error in the path (pad) I think it should be:

Code: Select all

/public/sites/www.plaatinfo.nl/weather28/uploadMB/tagsMB.txt
This document (in Dutch) from your hosting-provider explains the path to your site
https://helpdesk.mijndomein.nl/hc/nl/ca ... ing-Pakket
Uploaden naar de juiste map
Om je website te updaten en/of publiceren moet je de bestanden van je website kopieren naar de map
/public/sites/www.jouwdomeinnaam.ext/
op de web server.
There is also a test button at the bottom of your Meteobridge Services tab to test if the test-file, with a time-stamp as contents, arrived at the expected place.

Problem solved. The problem was the psw code for SFTP with my internet. A new psw and al uploads where O.K. In all psw code you see only asterix and copy of that gives the fault. Wim thanks for the info.
