Scheduled mail sending. **solved**

with the following configuration (see attachment):
smtp. port 587
STARTTLS authentication
By running the "Test Email", the test email is invited.
then:
by scheduling an e-mail sending for the period of 2 minutes, the e-mail is invited.
If, on the other hand, the scheduling is inserted every 6 hours it does not work.
Why
(I also tried every 2 hours, but it doesn't work the same)

When you see restarts of the logger in "system - logging" tab that is the reason. Timer resets on each restart.
