Meteobridge Pro not uploading to Weatherlink.com **solved**

Hi all,

After installing the latest release of the MB Pro software (August 9, 2021), the WeatherLink IP device (that is attached to my Vantage Pro2 Console) is no longer permitted to upload data to Weatherlink.com. The MB Pro software is set up so as to allow uploads to Weatherlink.com (by the WLIP device) every 1 minute.

To verify that it is the MB Pro that is causing this, I shut it down and the uploads to Weatherlink.com resumed normally. As soon as I restarted the MB Pro, the uploads to Weatherlink.com stopped.

Any help would be appreciated.

With the software weatherdisplay perfect so I think the proble is the maybe the latest release

I switched from MBpro to Nano, but the procedure is the same:

Go to tab System => Administration
Click on the drop-down next to Version Control:
Select an older version of the meteobridge firmware
Click on Save and Apply at the bottom, then on reboot.

This will reload a previous version without this problem.

Yes, I have also switched to version 5.1 (July 11, 2021) and the uploads to Weatherlink.com are back to normal.

Hopefully this issue will be fixed in a future update.

I am a bit sceptical that current version differs in that part from the 5.1 version. I have not touched anything in that code area.
Could we please have a second opinion/check before I invest time digging deeper into that?

I don't know if this helps to better narrow down when the issue arose, but everything worked OK with the July 27 release. I jumped straight from the July 27 to the August 9 release yesterday, and the issue appeared. So, it must be something that changed in one of the August 7/8/9 releases.
