Ok. No big issue. I probably have more in the menus than I need.

Best wishes,

Hi Josep,

I just looked at the OS2 version, on your site, using Windows 10 (Chrome and Firefox) and it looks good from here. I tried to upload a screenshot but the forum is rejected my uploads.

Chuck
Hi Chuck.
I corrected it here but I don't know if it's correct:

.charthome {
z-index: 150;
font-family: verb;
height: 70px;
width: 270px;
background-color: transparent;
box-shadow: none;
padding-top: 0;
position: relative;
}

in preload.php,

I don't know how it will look in other systems.

Brian,

Excellent additions to the OS Alt screens ... :-) Now our new GoTo screen.

Re PurpleAir and lot's of 0 readings. Trees are the problem will just have to cut them all down ... lol We're surrounded by lot's of very tall deciduous and pines except to the SW. Here is a copy of one of the responses from the PurpleAir support:

Check out this article, specifically the part about particulate matter:
https://edu.rsc.org/feature/how-do-tree ... 64.article
They say that tall trees act like a “brick wall” against particulates, so those big guys could very well be taking the brunt of any particles swirling around your home.

I am finding PurpleAir support quite responsive.

Good morning Ron

now you get the part of why deforestation of any kind is a problem..my wife during the various lockdowns over the last 18 months went berserk on indoor plants of various types but looking closer our indoor air quality improved over time according to our indoor monitor https://www.iqair.com/air-quality-monit ... visual-pro had this for a few years now ,its the only instrument wife permits to be in the salon as it has that non industrial look .. :D

glad you like the newer layout I actually really like it , for years I have looked for a layout that just makes me feel "finally I got what I envisioned" ,things evolve and I really do like that newer layout , it doesn't feel congested which is always something that either happens or ends becoming .Its easy on the eye ..

ps Ron you need to look at your interval for running the chart day cron in Meteobridge looks to me your running at less than ten minutes ,all day charts old or new have always been set to use intervals based on ten minute data.you don't gain or miss anything as the Meteobridge script used collects data from the last ten minutes if you run the cron at less than ten minutes you basically end up duplicating the data and doubling the file size.

Hi Brian,

Great updates. :D . Removing the Tooltips from OS2 really speeds it up.

I have rearranged a little to get the version switch icons on the Tool Bar for quick switching to each screen version. Working great except for one overflow on the OS2 version on mobile. Seems to have an extra space. No problem, I will find it.

Have a great weekend!

It's the size of the $weather34smtv icon reduced the width to width = "23pt" works fine.

I don't want to distract Brian with details.

Ok only problem Chuck is this can't be a permanent method as updates will break it , I see you substitute the Unit C/F icon .so this change below is a one off you will have to remember.Think most want to have a quick UNIT C/F option but below will give you what you want.

So I've updated the CSS files just pushed to GITHUB with a new class to have things right in mobile view for you .

so in weather34-os2-tablet.php
simply cut and paste this think this replicates what you've shown above

Code: Select all

<bottomtoolbarspacetablet></bottomtoolbarspacetablet>

<a href="index.php" data-title="Dashboard" class="showicon4"><?php echo $adjust2?></a>
<a href="index.php" data-title="Dashboard" class="showicon2"><?php echo $adjust2?></a>
<a href="weather34-tablet.php" data-title="OS Theme" class="showicon4"><?php echo $weather34smtv?></a>
<a href="weather34-tablet.php" data-title="OS Theme" class="showicon2"><?php echo $weather34smtv?></a>
<a href="consolecharts.php" data-title="Daily Charts"><?php echo $weather34chart2?></a>
<a href="outlookwutext.php" data-lity data-title="Forecast"><?php echo $weather34foret?></a>
<a href="weather34-os2-tablet.php" data-title="Refresh" class="showicon2"><?php echo $weather34refr?></a>

updater-tabletchart.php :

barometermodmmHg-tablet2.php

I don't understand filename is barometermodmmHG-tablet2.php and the script calls barometermodmmHG-tablet2.php . not sure where the case sensitive comes in unless one was
called barometermodmmHg-tablet2.php with a lowercase and
calling barometermodmmHG-tablet2.php.
