External logging appears hung up. Have been through several proposed solutions:
Database -> Administration, set Boot Options to "forced rebuild on reboot", then reboot. (Incidentally, this does not stick after rebooting, and reverts to "no check/rebuild on reboot".
Same as above, plus switching Per-Minute Data to "automated deletion past 90 days", then reboot.

As the ATP storage is not mentioned in the upper section of the "System - Information" tab, I fear that something went wrong with the internal USB storage.
