I see disk I/O errors in the logging tab and see the message in the information tab ( SD CARD NOT SUPPORTED, NO LOCAL STORING OF DATA ) after reboot to attempt to correct.

Reboot does not correct. Power cycle corrects for a few days. Note: The power off button does nothing. I assume the SD card is failing?

Rare one? Have you tried rolling back to previous version in case latest update lost it?

No luck, This time hung, no access. Screen shot after reboot. 2nd reboot its back up again.

Update

After reinstalling version 5.8 from version 5.7 the problem with SD card not supported has not reoccurred. The display shifting and going upside down also has not occurred again so far. I will post again with an update in a few days either way.

Update: After 8 days the MBPRO2 has been working fine. For some reason the down grade to 5.7 and then the upgrade back to 5.8 has resolved the SD card issue.
