Meteobridge Pro 2 unable to connect to Vantage Pro 2

Hi,
I'm trying to connect the Meteobridge Pro 2 and Vantage Pro 2 to be able to upload my data to various sites without having to run a computer.
I have the Meteobridge set to use internal RF receiver, UK RF band, Transmitter #1 ISS. I've tried all the other combinations too.
The Vantage Pro 2 is on the default transmitter setting and the data is being received by a Vantage Vue console.
The Meteobridge Pro 2 can receive retransmitted data from the Vantage Vue console.
I've tried sensitivity from -95dB to -30dB.
The distance from the Meteobridge Pro 2 to the Vantage Pro 2 is about 10m/30ft through a double glazed window.
Any thoughts?

First obvious thing to eliminate would be the Freq of your ISS/Vue console. Are they confirmed as EU ?

If RF band is confirmed have you tried [receive RF data directly (narrow bandwidth)]?

I notice that I put UK RF band which should be EU RF band.
All bought in the UK from a Davis UK dealer. The Vantage Vue was bought about 9 years ago and the Vantage Pro 2 and Meteobridge Pro 2 were bought last week.
I've tried [receive RF data directly (narrow bandwidth)] when I was going through the range of sensitivity settings.
The Vue console received data directly from the new Vantage Pro without any change of settings.

Ok so the 9 year old Vantage Vue talks to the VP2 bought just last week but the MBPro2 won't talk to the VP2 bought just last week?

Did you mention anywhere how far the MBPro2 is from the ISS?

I've assumed that my VP2 transmits on European frequency but I don't know how to prove it other than to check the label attached to it which I'll do in the morning. Data from the VP2 is received by the Vue console.
I'm sure the MBPRO2 is working correctly, I removed the battery from the old Vue ISS last week as data from it was received by the MBPRO2.
I've set the MBPRO2 to narrow bandwidth and run through various sensitivity settings at 3 minute intervals. Lastly I set all the transmitters to ISS.

That's correct.

I looked for confirmation that it's a EU version but I can't see a label on the weather station or the box.
The model number is 6322OV.

The VUE console says EU so it is EU.

Otherwise I don't see anything that stands out. I updated an MBPro2 to your same FW version and it's working as expected. The only two(2) things I can see in the logs that are different are your log shows MBOPRO2RF version 1.0 and this one here says METEOSTICK version 1.0 and I am running -80db

Obviously something different here somewhere? Boris probably needs to have a look at this one.

I've changed my sensitivity from -85 to -80dB so it's the same as yours.
I've been running off a USB PSU but I'm now using the mains PSU so I can leave it running 24/7.

Hopefully Boris will have some time available to take a look.
