Moving to a Raspberry Pi Setup

My meteobridge pro has become unreliable, freezing pi for some reason so i want to build a raspberry pi equivalent.
I've purchased the pi and downloaded the meteo image.
The writing to the SD card looks straight forward, how do i transfer all of my data records to the new setup?
Any tips/tricks would be appreciared.

I've made up a set of instructions using chatgpt, they will suffice.

You mainly have to backup/restore settings on "System - Admin" tab. Then doing a backup/restore of the database on "Database - Admin" tab. Last step is to move templates, grafph definitions etc from the PRO SMB folder to the RPI folders.
