Internet access

Post by kerry645 »

I have connected to my WMR100 and all the sensors are reporting. In the system info I have a no Internet Access message. I also have a reboot message for the meteohub but I have rebooted several times. Any suggestions?

Could you please describe your Internet/LAN setup? e.g. router, switch, DHCP etc.?
What LAN settings do you have for your Meteohub?

I have a Netgear router hooked to a Cable Modem. All my other computers and wireless stuff is working just fine. The meteohub is hooked up and connected as 192.168.1.77

The DHKP box is checked.

could you please post a screen dump of your "system information" page?

If gateway ip does not show a valid ip (but 0.0.0.0) then you can't gain Internet access. Have a look at a cure here: http://www.meteohub.de/joomla/index.php ... 6&catid=23

Looks like you don't get a Gateway IP (Default gateway) from your DHCP server. Solutions are:

1) Fix the DHCP server (It *should* give you a Default GW) and refresh Meteohub.
2) Give Meteohub a static IP with a correct Default Gateway.

By the looks of your IP settings then your Default Gateway is probably 192.168.1.1.

Thanks I think that fixed it. I no longer get the No Internet Access message. I am now uploading to Weather Underground but I think it takes 24 hours for them to activate.
