WU Rapidfire

Post by VP2 »

Hi All,
Open question, have just updated to v4.6c and I am noticing the following. After a short time ( varies ) WU Rapidfire is not updating (5 sec) however normal 5min data is o.k everything else seems to be working o.k. To get WU Rapidfire updating regular (5sec) I have to reboot Meteohub then all is well. Anyone else noticed this, whilst running V4.6b the system was stable - ALIX1D .

yep, the same scenario with me.
Boris told me he will look again into the reason for rapidfire stopping.

you do not need to restart: with the shell - SSH - type
rcmeteonetd stop
rcmeteonetd start

But the daemon does not work very long, even if rapid-fire isn´t acccessed via an applet it falls back into normal mode.

Thanks
