3G with eBox 3300

In the Meteohub interface it shows under Networks a Modem option I'm assuming for a USB 3G dongle. If I'm correct should it "plug & play" and if not what do I need to do to get it working.

I've completed the fields with info required but it doesn't work.

That feature is experimental and has been discontinued as it brought tons of trouble. If it works for you, then fine. If not, forget about it.
