I'm using firefox

Code: Select all

 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.6.12 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C))
without any issue. The only difference is that my meteohub is an Alix board. However I've been accessing my NSLU2 in the past with Firefox as well.

If you really suspect that the NSLU2 is an issue, I will fire mine up again and check what happens.

Hi All
Stupid, stupid, stupid........me       In Mozilla, I was forgetting the last bit of 192.168.1.78…….(/cgi-bin/meteohub.cgi) So easy, this is what happens when you start to panic, you overlook things that are or should be obvious to you.

I will find out tomorrow, how much data I have lost. Not that this will change the weather. :x :x

Thanks to all for your help.
Alan

Thanks YJB

Hi All

Once again, the nslu2 is reachable via a ping at both 192.168.1.77/8, but as soon as you add the
cgi-bin/meteohub.cgi to get to Meteohub, there is no connection. I have just re-booted and changed the psu and lo and behold, I am once again in.
This is driving me crazy. I am adding again that the NSLU2 and all its associated bits and bob, all live in the roof of the house, which is quite cold. Don’t know if this has any effect on the USB key or the NSLU2?
So, any thoughts would be helpful.

At this moment its going through the recompute sequence.
