- it was also about changing the Linux OS (from an outdated SuSe to Ubuntu),
- using a newer mySQL version and migrating a database of nearly 4TB in size without dropping new incoming data during the transition
- changing from apache web server to nginx and as nginx is not providing a mod-perl module like apache it also meant to port the perl scripts to php in order to handle the large number of web requests efficiently,
- switching over to lets encrypt certificates completely,
- reworking the core applications doing the admin interface and the charting from 32 bit to 64 bit and setting up a new compilation chain for this.

Looking at the CPU load you will see that changes done yesterday (porting of the live data scripts to php) brought a dramatic relief on the server load.
