lost data nanov2 **solved**

Post by Ger »

My console lost his WiFi connection yesterday evening. This morning I was able to restore the connection. But all the data are lost. How is this possible? The Nano SD have 2 Gb memory on board. What is that used for if it doesn't save the data?

It stores the data for sure. Your description does not provide any detail to support.

screen dumps of the tabs that prove that data is not stored would be a first step.
Is there nothing on "historical data" tab?
What does messages section on "system" tab tell you.

I'm now back for a few days on the island. There was again the same problem ( staion lost contact with WiFi account. I have made a screenshot of the result Image. You can see there is no data uploaded before 09:00, the moment that I repaired the connection. One more question, is it normal that the maximum period for a chart is only 2 days?

Data in per minute resolution is just stored in a RAM with a capacity of 48 or 72 hours. Per hour data is stored infinitely on SD card.

Could my SD card not work? Or do I have to set the software differently so that it retrieves the data from the SD card? If so how?
