System Log No Longer Updating

Running v4.1f on eBox-3300

My system log has stopped updating. Note the date on the log and the current time this image was taken.

Anyone else with this problem?

It looks like "logrotate" does remove the installed symlink on x86 under certain circumstances. I changed config for logrotate, which hopefully will fix this. Will be part of next update.

BTW: Doing a reboot always fixes it temporarily.

Yes, I rebooted, but it stops a few hours later again. Always seems to stop on 08:18 or 20:18.

please check if 4.2rc2 (or newer) still has this problem on x86.

rc3 is a cure for that. I installed it on your system. Should work flawless now... hopefully ;-)

I just logged in and found that the system logged stopped again yesterday at 20:18:xx under version 4.2rc3.

Same IP if you want to log in.
