Meteobridge pro automatic reboot
Hi,
I am having issues with one of my meteobridge pro. It is never available because it continuously reboots automatically, despitethe signal is very strong and the option “no reboot if data lack....” is selected.
Can anybody help please?
Thanks
Fabio

Re: Meteobridge pro automatic reboot
signal is around 62db
sensitivity was 80, I changed it into 95 but it is even worse
anyway I do not understand why it restarts: in the lot it says “restart meteostick (350 no valid rf signal)”

Re: Meteobridge pro automatic reboot
Does it reboot or does it just restart the logging process?
You can check on "system - Information" tab by reading the uptime. Uptime is reset on each reboot but not when logging gets restarted.

Re: Meteobridge pro automatic reboot
sometimes it is only logger restart. the problem is that it restart it lose connection and i cannot see it anymore (it is remote).
but I cannot understand why. I put sensitivity at 75 and seemed working better but after 2 hours again....

Re: Meteobridge pro automatic reboot
why does it restart if I flag the “no restart when data lack...”?
Re: Meteobridge pro automatic reboot
Please provide screen dumps of "Live Data - Raw Data" and station settings. RF sensitivity needs to match signal strength.
How far away are the sensors?

Re: Meteobridge pro automatic reboot
the station is 20 mt away. usually signal was 80 db.
I changed the battery and signal is now 60-65 db. I reduced sensitivity from 95 to 75 db.
I am afraid to put less because if the signal is not received I will loose connection with the remote unit.
This has changed vs the past. in the past when you do not get the signal you could anyhow connect with the unit, not it restart continuously....sometimes losing connection for hours. what has changed?

Re: Meteobridge pro automatic reboot
Hi,
today I checked also another meteobridge pro and I realized that there is a similar issue (even if it is happeneng much less frequently).
Looking at the log I realized that the meteobridge restarted during the night many times because “no valid rf signal”.
Can you please help solving the issue?

Re: Meteobridge pro automatic reboot
the distance is about 20 meters
