Good evening ,

finally back to reality after 3 months of outdoor life ..over the last 3 months I have thought about ideas going forward for design refreshes i generally do annually but I have to say i cant or haven't been able to think of anything that I already have not done across the various 9 theme layouts that already exists.

So I think generally I will just keep the support going as and when it is required i.e PHP revisions etc at present I see no need to change anything in terms of code .

Ecowitt and alike what a nightmare out of all the kind generous users who came forward not one has an identical setup the variation was quite vast some simplistic and some with sensors for just about anything that in reality wasn't totally weather related but capable of measuring various water leaks and some other functions that sadly for me just didnt seem justifiable to sit down create a mass of additional modules that the chances of users have theme configured in an identical way via meteobridge output would be very small . This in addition would require an additional API output or a clearly well documented of "how to" to get the majority on the same boat(output). So this idea of supporting Ecowitt and alike requires a big commitment and a re write of template structure .It is not an easy 2 or 3 days of doing it it requires so long term input and re write which at present I am not enthusiastic about that said I may create a compromise approach that supports additional sensors on a limited basis and try and advise how users can simply use any sensor in those additional blank modules . Expect to see some movement over the next few weeks I will release some blank modules and documentation of how to use. non ecowitt users you can just ignore additional modules.

hello sorry it has been a while just summer is still lingering on so outside a lot cycling most days.

so I have a minor update that really doesnt change much to anything visually or additional data etc it is just minor update for apple watch users specifically Ultra/2 users .based on request to increase the size of the modules.

a tip ! you no longer require a 3rd party browser to view on website using a simplified method just view your website on your iPhone or desktop PC and share it to yourself via a text message OR email and simply click on watch click url in message received and voila. see below and it doesn't matter wether it is ultra original 1 or 2 both are identical in screen size (ULTRA2 is shown but there is no difference in screen).simply use the crown or your fingers to swipe(scroll) up and down if using ULTRA2 you can simply double tap your fingers using the double tap gesture to scroll up and down.

thats it nothing exciting and has before i mentioned i think i have exhausted all layout options there are in total 10 and no point in becoming repetitive .

so will push update early next week it has some minor PHP changes for upcoming release once again nothing significant enough to worry about .

have a great weekend ..brian

1. use safari on iphone goto your website url and then select the apple watch icon at the bottom
2.now select share icon
3.choose messages
4.send a message to yourself
5 open messages on apple watch and open the url ..

sounds complex but its not because the url is always stored in messages until you delete so always can open on watch if required via messages.

Hi. I just installed the Davis AirLink. I think there is a problem with the data displayed. The "24 hour average" is actually the average for the current day and the data displayed in the monthly and yearly charts is not the average for the day.
Thanks.

I also noticed this some time ago, but no solution was found at the time. Do you have any ideas?

good morning

i will take a look tonight but can I ask one question ? does this happen every end of day run or is it random ? looking at your chart it shows there are days when it runs or produces data ok . the data comes from an api call if it is random then something beyond template is causing the missing data.

Good morning.
It's like @ToTo says (viewtopic.php?p=39222#p39222).
The 24H AVG value is not the average of the previous 24 hours but is actually the daily average.

Immagine 2024-10-08 082607.png

The call weather34-chart-end-of-day.php is at 2:00 and the chart shows a value that is the average of the current day from midnight to 2 and not of the previous day.

This happens every day.
Thanks.

hi good evening
after taking a look i can ask Boris to change the API position 184 from [air1pm-davg:--] to [air1pm-ydavg:--] its currently as you mentioned reading current day average that said i need to cross check the position 184 [air1pm-davg:--] is being used elsewhere i have a sneaking feeling it is :-)

i will get in touch with boris once ive recompiled the API not something I enjoy doing because it can go wrong with a simple typo mistake

be in touch ..
