New monitor - justified or not?
I thought that I needed a new monitor. Mine is not old yet, but I still play computer games and watch movies. I am thinking of leaving the working programs on the old monitor, making the distribution of windows on 2 monitors. Games and films for a new one, I think to order Samsung like this one in ...

Re: Problem with Meteohub on Raspberry Pi Model 3
Is a 2.5 amp charger compatible with the battery? Will you harm the gadget? Still, it is better to use the adapters provided by the manufacturer.MrPippoTN wrote: Thu Feb 04, 2021 2:32 pm I've realized that the Raspberry's USB power charger I'm using is only 1 Ampere. Should it be the problem? Tonight I'll try a 2.5 A power charger.

Re: Weather34 Time Zone Oddity
Is this a problem with the presets of the weather station? Perhaps it is just when trying to set a different time zone in your program that a failure occurs? If such a problem is not an isolated one, then it is better to focus on those presets that are included in the weather station, but then ...

Re: Samba shares no longer available after Win10 update (fixed)
Thanks for the link. By the way, not only with meteohub this problem I also got errors in other fairly old programs. Apparently, the problem is with the compatibility of the program code. Still, programming is moving forward and some outdated things simply stop working correctly.

Re: Meteohub local folders not displaying on new PC
Hi
I recently bought a new PC which is connected to the same LAN with Meteohub and my old one PC. All three devices are connected to the same router.
The problem is that in the Network list of Windows (of the new PC) Meteohub and its folders are not displaying and cannot be retrieved, although ...

Enable manual update. The program will simply inform you that there is a new version. Then you can update the program exactly when it suits you, without losing data.

Re: meteobridge and physical names
How compatible are the sensors? I'm not an expert, but there may be a problem with the sensors themselves. Or there may be a problem in the program settings.

Re: Plottable cloud base heights calculated by a virtual sensor
Hmm, this is how it is. After all, the air is uneven, wet and dry streams are unevenly distributed. And this can really be a breeding ground for an incorrect weather forecast. In general, as I understand it, you need to take into account the error, or compare the data obtained in a certain period of ...

Re: Plottable cloud base heights calculated by a virtual sensor
Very detailed instructions. I was just very interested to understand why weather forecasts are not so accurate. As I understand it now, there is also a problem with rounding values. Or was I not thinking about that? I apologize for the stupid questions, I'm just trying to figure out what is ...
